|Our group members and our poster|
After undergoing so many confusion and frustration, we finally decided that our topic this time is The conflict between Taiwan and Philippines—Why Taiwanese are so angry?
The situation is growing more and more intense and attracts many people to comment on the web which are now still growing. And the concerning topics are broad. So we want to know what people are actually thinking about.
We choose one of the video—2 Minutes, One Fact—What Philippine Government did and Said to Taiwan—on YouTube that was uploaded on 5/16, 2013 as our study project. We will analyze the previous comments and post our comments under the video to see if there are replies.
|Drawing the poster...|
The class on June 5th is very different from previous one. We have to draw a poster about our news in an hour. Then we split every group in two and play merry-go-around.
The one who is in the outer circle has to introduce your group’s topic to the people who is in the inner circle. Through this game, we can know what other groups want to do and also know what pros and cons about our topic.
Our research plan is too vague and the questions we want to solve are not good enough. For example, we want to know the attitudes of other countries toward this news, but our title is Why Taiwanese are so angry?, so the question didn't match our title.
The topic we choose is a little bit serious and sensitive, but we will try our best to do it. And I’m really grateful for those who give us comments, it’s because of those advice that we know what the problem is in our news.
